ONLINE AUCTION: WINE FOR SCIENCE

We do not (yet) have an explanation for many phenomena on our planet. Often, the answers to big questions are hidden in the very smallest parts – in atoms and their electrons and ions. With the help of electron microscopy, researchers are getting closer to the processes in solids and can draw conclusions.

Successful online auction

In cooperation and with pro bono support of the Dorotheum auction house, an online wine auction was organized from June 10 to 21, 2022. A total of almost 11,000 euros was auctioned off to benefit young scientists.
